How to Report Illegal Cannabis Activity

To anonymously report illegal grows, contact the Sacramento Police Department at 916-808-5796 or send an email to outdoorgrow@pd.cityofsacramento.org.

To report illegal cannabis delivery, other unpermitted commercial cannabis activities, and any other suspected code violations related to cannabis, call 311 or send an email to 311@cityofsacramento.org.

To report odors from a cannabis operation, contact the Office of Cannabis Policy and Enforcement immediately at 916-808-8955 or cannabis@cityofsacramento.org.
